Our Lead Pastor, Ray Phillips, first attended Harlan Park Church of God as a teenager and quickly developed a deep love for the church and its people. After graduating from Lee College (now Lee University), he returned home and was hired by then–Senior Pastor W.D. Watkins to serve as Youth Pastor. Under Pastor Ray’s leadership, the youth ministry flourished.
After eighteen years in youth ministry, Pastor Ray was elected Lead Pastor on May 6, 2007, following Pastor Watkins’ retirement. Today, he continues to lead Stratford Heights with a heart for people and a passion for God’s mission.
